Who builds this
I am Hasan Rahman. I build go-to-market tooling: scrapers, enrichers and email verification for teams that run outbound at volume. Before this site I built and ran export tools for Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha and ContactOut, first for my own lead-vendor work and then for other teams. Apollo Exporter is the Apollo piece of that work, packaged so that anyone can run it without a setup call.
I write every page on this site myself, and every guide carries my name and a last-updated date that moves only when the content does. More about my work is at hasanrahman.dev.
Why this product exists
The Apollo scraper market reorganised on 22 September 2025, when Apify removed every community Apollo actor after legal pressure from Apollo (Apify Discord). What replaced them was a mix of cloud services running on shared accounts, Chrome extensions with no verification, and done-for-you sellers emailing files days later. The complaints buyers post are consistent: orders stuck for a week, surprise subscriptions, “No Results” lockouts, and lists that are half invalid.
Apollo Exporter is built around the three decisions that fix those complaints: the export runs in your own session, every email is verified before you pay, and pricing is a one-time pack with a published per-1,000 price.
What we do not do
- We do not hold a contact database. Every row came from a search your account ran.
- We do not ask for your Apollo password or store your session.
- We do not reveal data your Apollo plan does not show you.
- We do not promise your account cannot be restricted. Apollo’s terms prohibit automated extraction and we say so on every relevant page; the legal guide is the honest version.
Independence
Apollo Exporter is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apollo.io or ZenLeads Inc. The words “Apollo” and “Apollo.io” appear on this site only to describe what the product is compatible with. Comparison pages disclose that we sell one of the tools compared, and every rival price is dated and linked to the rival’s own page.
