Apollo scraper: turn an Apollo.io search URL into a verified CSV

Apollo Exporter is an Apollo scraper for people who buy lists by the thousand. Paste a search URL, the export replays it through your own logged-in Apollo tab, every email is verified, and you download a CSV with all 25 Apollo fields. You pay per row delivered, from one-time packs, and sign-up comes with 500 free credits (1 credit is 1 row).

An Apollo scraper exists because Apollo.io shows you far more people than it lets you export cheaply. Export credits are metered by plan, a search cannot be selected past 50,000 records, and the interface stops rendering after page 100. Apollo Exporter reads the same results you are looking at, page by page, through your own session, and gives you a file you can use the same hour.

Paste a search URL to start

Build the search in Apollo as usual. Copy the URL from the address bar once the filters are applied, paste it below to check it, then send it to the app to export. The checker runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded until you choose to export.

What you pay per 1,000 leads

Buyers compare Apollo scrapers by price per thousand, so here is the table, with each rival’s price taken from its own site on 7 October 2026.

Apollo export services compared by price per 1,000 leads
ServiceModelPer 1,000Notes
Apify "Leads Finder" Database actor $1.50 Its own database, not a live Apollo export; 3.46 rating
Apollo Exporter (Growth) Pay per row, runs in your session $1.98 Verified emails included; unverifiable rows not billed
Ample Leads Subscription credits $2.35 $2.20 to $2.50 per 1,000; Trustpilot 1.9 from 18 reviews
ExportApollo.com Credits $3.00 "Less than $3 per 1,000 leads"; pricing behind login
ScraperCity Web app and API $3.90 $0.0039 per lead; card required; auto-enrols in a $149 plan after 7 days
ExportApollo.io Done-for-you order $4.49 $4.49 in its table, "$3.49" in its title; CSV by email
EvaScrape Cloud scraper $9.00 $9 per 1,000 plus $5 per 1,000 for verification
Scrupp Extension and cloud $55.00 $29 a month per 1,000 credits; about $52 to $63 per 1,000 leads with emails

Rival prices as published on each vendor's own site on 7 October 2026. Prices change; the linked page is authoritative. Apollo Exporter publishes this table and sells one of the services listed.

Apollo Exporter sells one-time packs that never expire. The pricing page has the three packs and a calculator for any list size. Rows that fail email verification are not charged, which matters because the raw validity of Apollo emails is nowhere near 100%.

What is in the file

Every export carries the 25 standard Apollo people fields, as columns with stable names, so the CSV loads straight into Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HubSpot or Google Sheets.

GroupFields
PersonFirst name, last name, full name, title, seniority, department, person LinkedIn URL, city, state, country
ContactEmail, email status (verified, likely, catch-all, unavailable), phone number where Apollo shows one to your plan
CompanyCompany name, website, company domain, company LinkedIn URL, industry, headcount, estimated revenue, founded year, HQ city, HQ state, HQ country
ExportApollo contact ID, source search URL, exported-at timestamp (kept separate so your header list is exactly what you ordered)

Company searches export the company group plus technologies, keywords and funding where Apollo shows them. A sample CSV with the exact headers is on the methodology page.

How the export runs

1

Paste the search URL

Build the search in Apollo.io as usual, filters and all, and paste the URL from the address bar. People and company searches both work.

2

Export runs in your session

Our Chrome extension replays the same search through your own logged-in Apollo tab, page by page, at a human pace. No credentials are shared and no third-party account touches your data.

3

Download a verified CSV

Every email is verified before the file is built. You get all 25 Apollo fields as CSV or XLSX, and you pay only for the rows delivered.

The important design choice is where the work happens. Cloud scrapers and done-for-you sellers log in with their own Apollo accounts, which is why they hit “No Results” walls, queue orders for days and get removed from marketplaces. Apollo Exporter replays the search from inside your Chrome, through the extension, at the pace a person would page through results. You can watch the row count climb and stop at any time.

Verification, delivery time and what we measure

A verification vendor’s study of 100,000 Apollo contacts exported in the first half of 2026 found 73.2% valid, 18.4% catch-all and 5.8% invalid, against Apollo’s own 98% accuracy claim (Cleanlist, BounceZero). That gap is why every email in an Apollo Exporter file is verified before the file is built, and why unverifiable rows are free.

We publish our own measured numbers rather than round claims: the share of rows that return a verified email, the share flagged catch-all, and the time from paste to download for exports of 1,000, 5,000 and 25,000 rows. They live on the methodology page, with the method and the date, and they move only when we rerun the measurement.

Apollo’s limits, in brief

Apollo stops rendering a search after page 100, which is 2,500 rows at 25 per page. A list cannot be selected past 50,000 records, and the API caps at the same figure. Export credits are pooled by plan under the unified system: 900 a year on Free, 30,000 on Basic, 48,000 on Professional and 72,000 on Organization, with an email costing 1 credit and a phone number 8 (Apollo API docs, Apollo Knowledge Base). Apollo Exporter does not spend export credits because it reads the search view rather than Apollo’s export function; the page cap still applies, which is what the splitter in the URL tool is for. The full tables are in the export limits guide.

The best Apollo scrapers comparison goes vendor by vendor with prices, delivery claims, refund terms and ratings, and discloses that we sell one of them.

Who this is for

Lead vendors who resell lists and cannot afford half-invalid files. Agencies running outbound for several clients who need a fresh 5,000-row list every week without a subscription per seat. Founders doing their own outbound who want one clean export, not a $149 plan they forgot to cancel. If you need Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo exports as well, the lead scraper hub covers every source we support.

Questions people ask

What is an Apollo scraper?

An Apollo scraper is a tool that collects the people or companies shown in an Apollo.io search and writes them to a file, usually CSV, so you can load them into an outreach tool or CRM without clicking Export inside Apollo and spending export credits. Apollo Exporter does this by replaying your search through your own browser session and verifying the emails before download.

Is there a free Apollo scraper?

Apollo Exporter gives every account 500 free credits on sign-up with no card. Free Chrome extensions exist too, but they run on your Apollo account with no verification, cap each search, and are the tools most often blamed for the 'No Results' lockout. There is no free scraper that also verifies emails.

Does the scraper need my Apollo password?

No. The export runs inside your own Chrome through the Apollo Exporter extension while you are already logged in. We never see or store your Apollo credentials, cookies or session.

How many leads can I scrape from one search?

Apollo renders a maximum of 100 pages of 25 results, so one search tops out at 2,500 rows. The free URL tool splits a larger search into headcount bands so you can run several exports and merge them.

Does it work with a free Apollo plan?

Yes. The scraper reads what your account can see in search results and does not spend Apollo export credits, so Free, Basic, Professional and Organization plans all work. Phone numbers appear only where Apollo shows them to your plan.

Will Apollo ban my account for scraping?

Apollo's terms prohibit automated extraction, so every scraper carries some risk. Running at a human pace inside your own session is the lowest-footprint approach, and we have not seen bans from it, but we do not promise there is no risk. The legal guide explains the terms and the risk by method.
