What the tool checks
- Search type. People versus company search, and whether the link is a saved contacts or accounts view that cannot be replayed.
- Filters. Every parameter decoded and labelled: titles, locations, headcount bands, industries, keywords, email status, seniority, departments, technologies.
- Page. Links copied from page 3 start exports at page 3 in some tools; the cleaned URL removes the page parameter.
- Email status. Warns when no email-status filter is set, because adding “Verified” raises the usable-email share of an export.
- Size. Reminds you that one search is capped at 2,500 reachable rows and offers the split.
Why the split is by headcount
Company headcount is the one Apollo filter with fixed, non-overlapping bands that between them cover every company, so splitting on it never drops or duplicates a person. Eleven bands turn a 2,500-row cap into a 27,500-row ceiling per search, and the exports can be appended into one list with de-duplication by Apollo contact ID. Location works as a second split for the biggest searches. The caps themselves are explained in the export limits guide.
Use it from code
The parser is published on GitHub as a dependency-free TypeScript module; the API page shows the import. It is the same code that runs here.
