ExportApollo is two services. exportapollo.com is a self-serve, credit-based web app that advertises “less than $3 per 1,000 leads”; exportapollo.io is a done-for-you order form that emails you a CSV at $4.49 per 1,000. They share a name and a product category, and nothing else about them could be verified, including whether they share an owner. This page compares both with Apollo Exporter on price, delivery, refund terms and data, using only what each site publishes, as of 7 October 2026.
Two sites, one name
ExportApollo.com has been registered since September 2023 and held the #1 organic result for “apollo scraper” on two of three page loads in our 7 October 2026 snapshot. Its public site is a single page of roughly 350 to 400 words with a seven-URL sitemap that still contains leftover /sample-page/ and /temp/ entries and no blog. It is promoted mainly by third-party YouTube tutorials, and Similarweb estimated about 15,400 visits in September 2026, nearly two thirds of desktop visits arriving direct. ExportApollo.io is a different product: an order form where you submit a search, pay, and receive the CSV by email, backed by one landing page with no H1, leftover theme text and three blog posts. It ranked #2 on the brand query and #3 for “how to export leads from apollo”. Because neither site names the other, and no registration or company record ties them together, treat them as separate vendors with separate terms.

ExportApollo figures as published on 7 October 2026.
Price
On headline price the two ExportApollo sites bracket the cloud market: the .com’s “less than $3” is near the bottom, the .io’s $4.49 near the top, as published on 7 October 2026. Two things complicate the comparison. The .com does not show its price table until you have created an account, so “less than $3” is the only public number, and whether it applies at 1,000 rows or only at volume is not stated. The .io shows two prices on the same page, $4.49 per 1,000 in its table and “$3.49” in its title, and does not say which governs an order. Apollo Exporter bills per exported row, with the per-1,000 rates on the pricing page and no subscription, so the number you see is the number you pay. The fair comparison is cost per usable row, which depends on validity; that figure for Apollo Exporter is on the methodology page, and neither ExportApollo site publishes one.
Delivery
ExportApollo.com’s “7 min per 1k leads” is the strongest delivery claim among the cloud services and the one most tutorials repeat. It is a claim, not a measurement we have reproduced, and the same day the site served a CAPTCHA wall and a Cloudflare 520 error to a normal browser visit, which is worth knowing if you need a file on a deadline. ExportApollo.io’s page gives more than one delivery time, so the realistic expectation is “when the operator sends it”, which for a done-for-you service is normal but should be in writing before you pay. Apollo Exporter collects rows page by page from your own session while the job runs, so you can watch progress rather than wait for an email; the measured delivery figures by list size are published on the methodology page, and first-hand timed orders with both ExportApollo services will be added there when run.
Refunds and trust signals
ExportApollo.io is explicit: no refund once the CSV has been sent. That is a reasonable rule for a service whose product is the file, and it means the burden of checking data quality is entirely yours after payment. ExportApollo.com publishes no refund terms at all on its public page, and its pricing is behind a login, so you cannot read the terms before committing. On trust, the .io page shows a “4.9” rating with no visible source, review count or platform, and the .com shows no reviews on the page. Neither site has a status page, a changelog or an author. These gaps are not evidence of bad service; they are evidence that you will be relying on YouTube recommendations and your own test order. Apollo Exporter’s refund terms are on its pricing page, and its measured figures sit under a named author on the methodology page.
Data fields and verification
Neither ExportApollo page we reviewed on 7 October 2026 publishes a complete list of the columns in its file; if either adds one, email us and this section will be updated. The .io page mentions phone numbers in one place and contradicts that elsewhere. Neither mentions email verification, which matters because a third-party study of 100,000 Apollo contacts exported in the first half of 2026 found 73.2% valid, 18.4% catch-all and 5.8% invalid; the data accuracy guide covers that study. Apollo Exporter delivers the 25 standard Apollo people fields as CSV or XLSX, rows come from the same search you see on screen, and every email is verified before download. For the native route and what it costs in Apollo credits, see how to export leads from Apollo.
Who should pick which
Pick ExportApollo.com if the lowest headline price is your only criterion, you are comfortable creating an account before seeing the price table, and you plan to run your own verification afterward. Pick ExportApollo.io if you want a one-off bulk order handled for you, you have asked for a sample first, and you accept that there is no refund once the file arrives. Pick Apollo Exporter if you want the export to run in your own Apollo session with no credentials shared, verified emails before you download, a file that matches the search you built, and per-row billing with a 100-row free trial. The Apollo Exporter product page walks through the three steps.
