Lead scraper for B2B lists

Apollo Exporter is a lead scraper for people who build outbound lists from the databases they already pay for. Apollo.io exports are live today; Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Lusha exports run on the same engine and are listed below with their status.

Most “lead scraper” tools do one of two things: they sell you a database of unknown age, or they run on their own accounts against a platform that is trying to stop them. Apollo Exporter does neither. It exports the searches you build in databases you already have access to, through your own session, and verifies the emails before you pay.

Every source uses the same model: the extension replays the search in your own browser at a human pace, rows are collected from the same results you see, and emails are verified before download. Each source gets its own page with its limits and fields when it goes live, the way the Apollo scraper page does for Apollo.

What makes a lead scraper worth paying for

Verification before billing. Raw database emails fail at a meaningful rate; third-party tests put Apollo at about 73% valid (BounceZero). A scraper that bills for every row is charging you for bounces.

Your session, not theirs. Shared-account scrapers are the ones that get locked out, queue orders for days and get removed from marketplaces. An export that runs where you are already logged in has none of those failure modes.

Per-1,000 pricing you can compare. Outbound teams think in cost per thousand leads. One-time packs with a published per-1,000 price and no auto-renewing plan are easier to budget than credits that expire.

Clean files. Single-line cells, stable headers, your choice of columns, and append-with-dedup into an existing list so a client’s master list grows without duplicates.

Outbound lead scraping, end to end

  1. Build the search in the source with the tightest filters you can: title, seniority, headcount, location, and email status where available.
  2. Check the URL with the free URL tool; split it if it is larger than the source’s page cap.
  3. Export through Apollo Exporter and download the verified CSV.
  4. Load it into Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or your CRM. Keep catch-all rows on a separate sending domain or skip them.
  5. Append the next search into the same list so the file de-duplicates by source ID.

Pricing

Rows are rows, whichever source they come from, and packs are shared across sources. Per-1,000 prices and a calculator against the Apollo-specific rivals are on the pricing page.

Questions people ask

What is a lead scraper?

A lead scraper collects the people or companies shown by a search in a database or directory and writes them to a file. B2B teams use one to get a search out of Apollo, Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo as a CSV they can load into an outreach tool, instead of exporting a few at a time against credits.

Which sources does Apollo Exporter support?

Apollo.io people and company searches are live. Sales Navigator lead and account searches use the same extension bridge; the table on this page shows what is live and what is in testing, and the changelog records each release.

Is a lead scraper legal?

It depends on the source's terms and on where the data sits. Logged-in databases such as Apollo and Sales Navigator prohibit automated extraction in their terms, and courts have sided with platforms over logged-in data. The legal guide covers this honestly; it is not legal advice.

How is this different from a lead database?

A lead database like Apollo sells access to records. A lead scraper gets a search out of that database as a file. Apollo Exporter does not sell contact data of its own; it exports what your account can already see and verifies the emails.

Apollo Exporter is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apollo.io or ZenLeads Inc. "Apollo" and "Apollo.io" are used only to describe compatibility. Prices, limits and competitor details on this page were checked on the "last updated" date above and may have changed since. Nothing here is legal advice.
